Multi-disciplinary workshop about fall prevention. Speakers include: PT, Nurse Practitioner, OT, Chiropodist, Dietitian. Topics will include: physical activity in preventing falls, medications that can increase risk of falls, home safety, proper footwear and foot care, and nutrition pertaining to falls.
