Participants will learn about the prevention of falls in older adults when there is a substance use disorder. They will also find out about tools for screening for substance use disorders in older adults. Finally, they will get an overview of assessing for risk of falls in older adults.

Addiction counsellors, addiction outreach workers, IGSWs, SGS, social workers, hospital & community, GEM nurses, NPs, BSO, PRCs, care coordinators, family physicians
